ΣtatMod2025 is organized under the aegis of the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science (University of Piraeus, Greece) and follows five successful and impactful conferences since 2020.The general objective of ΣtatMod2025 conference is to bring together experts on statistical and probability modeling, considering both theoretical and applied points of view. It is also hoped that the presentations will shed light on the latest scientific advances in the field, discussing the major issues and the main future directions in this area. On the other hand, as is evident from its title, the organization of the ΣtatMod2025 conference aims at honouring Professor Markos Koutras on the occasion of his retirement during summer 2025.
